welcome back to the rant. well, I just gotta say that this is going to be a rant,and rolling day for me.there are 3 yep, that's right 3 different subjects on the hit list today. 2 of them just happen to be parts of rant's that I just posted in the last few days. the third is just plain ol' corp. corruption [one of my favs ]. lets just start where I left off, cars for clunkers. as I mentioned there was only 1 billion in the program, and it was thought to last until sept-oct. WRONG it didn't even last ONE WEEK. that's right, the program was OUT OF MONEY, in less than 7 days. what do they think is gonna happen,when the feds open the cash box? so on the 31st of july they throw ANOTHER ONE BILLION,into the mix. well, hell that ought to last another 7 days or so don't ya think? then what the F**k are they going to do? how much of OUR money are they gonna throw away to the auto industry? as I said before MAKE THIS MONEY PART OF THE BAILOUT LOAN. I just get pissed off when I CAN'T get a loan for a new car, yet I'm buying one for someone else!!!!! QUIT GIVING MY FUCKING MONEY AWAY!!!!! they got their collective ass 's into this mess ,let them PAY to get out of it . Now let's go to another fav of ours,IRAN . well the clowns in charge over there, have started their " trials ", of the protester's of that sham, they called on election today. and surprise, surprise, in true dictator/communist fashion there are 1: no lawyers for the defense, 2: no jury 3: NO CHANCE IN HELL!!!! these asshole's have the ball's to say that it's A LONG PLANNED attack on the goverment. that the individuals on trial took money to finance these actions from " foreign " sources. by the way, what do you think tipped of the" radical" elements,that there was going to be fraud and cheating in the " election " YEAR'S in advance. needless to say the defendants, are ALL members of the opposition party, as well as outspoken critics of totalitarian rule by the current "leaders " of Iran. we all know the real leaders are the imans of their " religious counsel " that's an oxymoron if there ever was!!! most of the "counsel " don't know jack shit about the real world much less ,want the people to know. this is just a way for them to purge the country of it's more moderate voices. we ALL know what the verdicts well be, the same as all sham trails. guilty, followed by death. the stupidity of those, who think that their OWN PEOPLE , will believe this crock of shit is astounding. if they thought the protest's were "riots "before, I have a feeling that when they convict,and start to kill off the" offenders " the shit is REALLY gonna hit the fan. the youth of Iran has pretty much showed the rest of the world,that their over the lies and corruption of the present regime. I just hope that more of the " common " people will join in the protest's to come. with a little bit of luck the resulting chaos,will open the door for their neighbors to stir up some more shit ,in their collective pot's. lets hope that a mob will run amok, and bring even more pressure on these clowns. as they try to " crush " the rebellion, they only spur on those who wish to see more freedoms in the land. eventually they ,like all dictatorships, will come tumbling down. as the oppression grows ,so will the protest against it. so keep on bitching all you Iranians,someday you will indeed be free. as always, I'm fury, and I'm still pissed. oh yeah, rant # 3 will be on a new page.

welcome back to the rant. today, we go back to the religious [ or fanatics ] of our world. lets talk ISLAMICS for 100. now I'm not a real religious person, although I am spiritual. so I tend to view the more fanatic of those who are, as a strange sort of animal. when you turn you whole being over to an indefinable entity, I think you get a very limited view of the whole concept of life. as the extremist's of any religion show the, my god or no god aspect can be VERY unhealthy.our own country has had it's share of religious zealots,as we all know. you can start of with some of the first settlers,of this land,the puritans!!! these folk would torture and kill those who didn't share their beliefs. using the stocks,or fire to DRIVE OUT the evil. when the evil was actually, within themselves. intolerance of anothers beliefs, brings only death and disorder upon us. the radical islamist's, are just creating more problems for their own religion than ,changing peoples minds about it. nowhere does it say to kill women,and children in the koran. even more to the point,what purpose does it serve,TO KILL YOUR OWN FAITH? these imams who preach jihad are not just targeting the " infidel's " but their own faithful. they wish to STOP all progress into the 21st century,and remain locked into the class and structural morals of the last 2,000 years of their history. NO education,other than the koran,no rising above the spot of sheep herder. if they had their way EVERYBODY,[except them of course ] would live in a mud shack,and kiss the"holy mans ass ] ONLY the imams would live well. all else exist only to serve THEM, after all dont THEY speak to allah? their ideas of the role's of women as mere animals, to be bought and, sold are repugnant, to the " civilized " world yet they cling as tightly to these beliefs, as to the notion the " THEIR " god is the only one and all ,who don't kiss his ass should be killed. I have pity for those,who suffer under such backward thinkers. once ,their land's had some of the greatest thinkers,and philosophers,the world ever knew. when they stopped the search for knowledge,and embraced the purely religious. they lost their way and focus. now ,they are as petulant children,pouting that they are not being taken seriously. in reality ,it's hard to take seriously, a culture, that would rather see it's population living in squalor,than attain knowledge of the world around it. when the TRUE ISLAMICS, rise up and DEMAND their rights as a people. and denounce those, who will step upon the true visions of mohammad. then the world will truly recognize them. Iran ,even with all problems that their goverment has,is finally trying to step into this century. as their leaders try to squash those who speak out against the tyranny,and oppression. more and more of their young men, AND WOMEN, are pushing for reforms in the way their country is run. all that the rest of us in the world can hope for is that the new generations of Islamics,will see that the true path to allah ,and enlightenment is not though violence, but through tolerance. that's it for now, but as always, I'm fury and I'm still pissed

welcome back to the rant. todays topic is cash for clunkers. as we all know in an effort to boost car sales in america,our gov. has instituted,this new program. now first off you have to ask,why should we taxpayers foot the bill once again for the auto industry? we just gave then a hefty multi billion dollar bailout at the end of '08. then they go through the FASTEST, chpt.11 bankrutcy,I've EVER heard of.now our gov. wants us to foot the bill,to the tune of AT LEAST $1,000,000 more, to help their car sales. I realize that we need to get the auto industry back on it's feet as a vaiable cost measure ,to insure the repayment of the bailout money we gave them, but why do we have the foot the bill again? this incentive program should be back tied to their bailout loans, and be repaid by THEM, not the american taxpayer!!! I feel like I'm literaly buying someone a car out of my own pocket. at $4500 a pop,this will only do about 250,00 deals.granted its better than nothing,but at least extend it to more people than that. the second part of the deal,is that your car/van/truck must get less than 18 mpg. what the f**k,is this? at least go to 20 MPG!!! I realize we're trying to get fuel effeciency,but come on. they [ the gov. ] have set the standard ,and already theres problems. IMAGINE THAT, a gov. program with problems? people who already bought cars with the original parameters of fuel mileage put out by the gov. suddenly find that they [ the gov ] CHANGED the parameters,of their cars mileage. so now their called up by the dealers, and told either pay the $4500 difference or bring back the car/van /truck etc. talk about a shaft job. the other problem that I see is not all vehicles REALLY get the mpg their supposed to. I know quite a few of my friends, who's cars are supposed to get 24 mpg ,but are lucky if they get 2o .I'm sure that there are many, who's vehicles are WELL past the time their cars EVER got the top mpg. let's get real folks, a 15 yr old car is NOT, going to get the same mpg ,as one that's the same model, but is 5 yrs old. seeing as how WE, get to help buy the car ,we ought to have some say in the way the program's run. once again the "powers that be" are putting a screwing to the american taxpayer. those with the foresite to buy a fuel efficient car 10 yr's ago are stuck ,while the the guy with the gas guzzeler gets a BIG break. all those people who bought the BIG, suv's a few yr's back are breathing a HUGE sigh of relief,at OUR expense!! and what about all the REAL poor people out there that have a car thats pre 85? you know the ones that REALLY,REALLY ,get crappy mileage? why this program a'int for THEM.those folks need a deal like this more than ANYONE , but they sure as hell a'int gonna get it. what do you want to bet a vast majority of these "deals " are for the rich **** that bought the big suvs in the first place. so remember to CALL OR WRITE to your elected rep's and BITCH about it. things won't change until we, FORCE the change. till next time I'm fury and I'm still pissed..

welcome back to the rant, today we're back to the world of "economics". as you see I'm back to red and ya'll know what that means, yep I'm really pissed off again. in an article by james cullen, we have a greedy ass trader by the name of ANDREW HALL [ remember this name ] it seems mr hall is bitching to the head of citigroup,that he wants them to honor a $ 100 MILLION . BONUS TO HIM. now lets see here, his corp borrowed a few billion $ from the fed's [we taxpayers ] and the taxpayers own about 34% of the parent corp. that he WORKS for. yet this greedy prick actually wants us to PAY him for the fact his corp. LOST over $10 billion last year alone.his claim is that he was promised this bonus,and should get it irregardles of the fact they lost money. this little prick should have the lips slapped clean off his face!!!! while there are approx 15+ million of out of work and our economy is struggling to pull itself out of the mess that HIS corp. and other greedy sobs, like them put us in. the sheer gall of someone like this is astounding.instead of getting his ass kicked out the door he's whining he didn't get his"fair due". well tell ya what,come on down ta my house, an I'LL GIVE YOU YOUR "FAIR DUE".I sure hope that your medical insur. package is up ta snuff ,because ya"ll damn sure gonna need it, after my unemployed friends an I give you your, fair due. just the thought that there is any consideration of giving this"man ",a dime in bonuses, is enough to turn my stomach. when the hell are we going to stand up and tell all these wall street money grubbers,enough is ef**king nough. be grateful that the law doesnt allow us to come and tar & feather you, like you, and so many of your"associates " truly deserve. its time for our gov. to show that they actually have a backbone and tell these guys to get a grasp on the reality of the situation that this country face's.this is the time for all americans to stand up to the big corporations and big buisness. without our purchaseing of their products,or services these guys will go the way of the dinosaur. many of these companys are just TOO BIG !!! one hand does not seem to know what the other is doing, or just does'nt care. as long as the money roll's in ,it's just going to be buisness as usual for them,and the shaft for the rest of working america. so once again CALL OR WRITE to your "elected "rep's and let them know we are'nt going to take this kind of greed ,anymore.stand up and BITCH america,if we all yell loud enough, they'll hear us,and respond, or we'll kick them out of office and put in somebody that will [ I HOPE ] thats it for now ,until next time, I'm fury and I'm still REALLY,REALLY pissed off. later.

welcome back to the rant. today's rant: conceal carry permit's. I'm going to go out on a limb here, seeing as I'm a firm believer in the right to bear arm's.this is a topic that concerns me greatly.I fully believe that, ALL american citizens, have the right to carry a weapon for self defense. it's even more important in these days of random violence. in a close vote [58-39 we needed 60 to pass ] the senate has rejected a bill, that would allow inividuals with a conceal carry permit in one state to use that permit in all states that allow concealed carry. the right to defend yourself, is guaranteed in our constitution. I realize that this is a volatile issue on both sides of the aisle.those that wish for a peaceful resolution to their problems will never see the other point of view.that being said,its kind of hard to resolve anything peacefully,when theres a gun in your face,or a knife at your back. words won't help protect you at this point. however,if the perp. DOESN'T know if you have a gun or not, their going to be much more cautious in their attempt to rob or attack you. when they KNOW you don't have one, they face small chance of Resistance.this makes you a better target.the old adage "when guns are outlawed,only outlaws will have guns." is more true now then ever before, in our history. all it takes is for you to watch the nightly news in ANY city in america to see the violence that is playing out on our streets. gangs,and the violence,that they promote,continue to rise. they OPENLY brag of the things that they do, and have NO REMORSE, or regret about it. [watch "GANGLAND " on the history channel,for an in depth look at some of the worst of these gangs,and the crimes they commit.as if this is not a large enough problem, we have the"RANDOM" attacks of violence that the mentally disturbed inflict upon us. I KNOW, I KNOW, I hear all you hand wringers out there,if there were NO guns then there wouldnt be all the violence. BULLSHIT , PURE AND SIMPLE. just because they dont have a gun, doesnt mean they wont kick your ass, or stab you, or beat you with sticks, bats, or rocks. by the ordinary citizen packing a gun the chances are that you 'll see a decrease in the MASS violence. this doesnt mean all violence, thats NEVER gonna happen. if someone had a gun at the mcdonalds massacre the death toll probably would have been less. the same can be said for the attack at lubys in TX, or how about the VA.TECH assault? when we allow only criminals to carry guns, we open ourselves to these kind of attacks. if the perps,think their victims will SHOOT BACK,maybe they'll think twice,before they act. by the same token, the terrorist's that would attack our country have to take into consideration, that our population is heavily armed and will DAMN sure gun their dumb asses down. this is also to our benefit. violence will not stop these problems, but the fact that YOU may have a gun will at least make them think twice before they attack. remember, my friends BE PREPARED cause we all know, that someday trouble will come a knocking on your door. as always I'm fury and I'm still pissed....

welcome back to the rant.here we are, back on the economy again.todays rant: the housing market [or lack therof ]. in an article by luke mullen ,of the US news. the housing market iS STILL in major crisis mode. it seems the feet dragging ,of our "esteemed" leader's, in both the house and senate, continue to boggle the mind. for some reason that I just can' t understand,[maybe you can?] they REFUSE to acknowledge, the fact that the continued rise in foreclosures,in this country will undermine ALL efforts to pull us out of this recession. what the hell are these people thinking? even though, WE [ through our tax dollars ] have shelled out BILLIONS. [ its REALLY trillions!!! ][ another rant to follow ] the bulk of the money sent to banks to help bail out the homeowners of this nation has yet to be distributed. as the foreclosure numbers continue to climb,1.5 MIILION in the last 6 months, which by the way is a 15% increase over this time LAST year. that puts the total foreclosures at around 8-10 MILLION HOMES in the last 2+ years.now call me crazy,but that sure as hell isn't a recovery. how can they expect builders to produce more homes,when the public can't even stay in the ones they have NOW? the glut of houses on the market keeps going up yet the production of new homes is at an all time low. result ? 25-35% unemployment in the construction industry.not to mention mfg.[ we continue to outsource more& more jobs ] supply,transportation,etc. solution? LOAN THE MONEY OUT!!!!! the whole point of this bullshit bailout was for the banks to LOAN the money to THE PEOPLE .in order to refinance the loans they had , and avoid default. and get us to spend more by generating loan program's for remodling /renovating existing homes, and increase jobs in the mfg . indutry. but nooooo. they are NOT doing that. some have already been caught using these funds to buy out ,or leverage other firms.they seem the be able to rapidly "pay back " these loans to get out from gov. oversight,yet we're STILL losing our homes at a staggering rate.the gov. needs to grab these weasel's by the short hairs, and squeeze until we get the results, THEY PROMISED that they would deliver, when they got the bailout money to start with. until all of the "financial insitutions" start to REALLY do their part the rest of america is going to suffer while the weasle's keep stealing from us. so do your part, CALL your local "elected" officials and BITCH about it, I assure you , that they, like ALL politicians when they think they may lose VOTES will ACTUALY do something about it. if we can't keep our homes , or our jobs,we damn sure won't vote for these idiots again. but what the hell ? by then we'll all be out on the streets as "the homeless" any way won't we!!!! I guess we can just squat on their lawns...or sleep in the doorways of the banks that ripped us off to start with. moral of the rant? welcome back to the rant,well we're gonna do a second rant today' as I just saw this on the web ,and am soooo!!!! pissed off I just got to vent on it. our fearless leader and his cronies,have REALLY stuck it to us this time. they just passed defence bill, S.1390 . and what you ask is this? well let me tell you. this good friends is the end of our PREMIRE,I repeat, OUR PREMIRE air to air defence fighter. this is a stealth fighter, that ONE ELSE, in the world can defend against. its fast,mach 2+, highly manuvererable, can carry ANYTHING in our air to air arsenal , is ALREADY being produced,and best of all NO ONE,repeat NO ONE can see it because its stealthy .as of today we have 187 of these planes. the original goal was to produce 250 - 380 of these planes to safely see us into the future,because we all know, that our fine friends, in the world are ALL ,so peaceful,.and just LOVE us sooo. much!! and just what do they want to replace it with? think REAL hard now! give up? a F**KING BOMBER. thats right, the f/35 a sloow,easy to shoot down, cause its slow, bomber .now granted it too ,is stealthy but IT'S A BOMBER. thats like bringing a knife to a gun fight. now if you follow the military at all you know that we already got a badass bomber in our inventory the FA/18 super hornet[ by the way FA stands for fighter/ attack ] that was kinda shoved down our throats,a few yr's back. now I grant ya its not stealthy,and we DO NEED to upgrade to the f/35, but to replace the FA/18 as a bomber. NOT the F/22. which is ment to replace the F/16 fighter. to match a bomber against a fighter,such as the mig 29. russia's BADASS fighter,is to invite disaster. we need to give our fighter jocks the BEST equipment to kick our enemys ass's soo hard they do like the IRAQI'S did and RUN to hide their planes rather than let us shoot them down.on top of all these reasons to keep on making these planes, the decision to cut prodution is going to cost over 90,000 that right 90,000 jobs. 25,000 in the building,and MORE THAN 70,000 in support jobs. these are jobs in some of the hardest hit states, during this recession. so here it comes,obama promise's jobs and turns around and just REAMS the SHIT out of us. moral of the story? I came to once again, cringe at the overall stupidity ,of american law and our court system. it seems that a few of the disgrunteled aatheists among us,in this case the FREEDOM FROM RELEGION FOUNDATION from Wis. have decided to sue the US gov. why do you ask? why ,because they want to put the US mantra" in God we trust" up on some gov. buildings. now I'm all for freedom of religion [or lack therof ].I personaly dont give a rats ass, what religion you want to belive in be it God, budda, shiva, Allah or whoever. thats what the 1st amendment is all about.if these dumbass fool's would even read the damn thing I wouldn't have ta bitch at them. but noooo.. these fools want to jam up our courts with their trivial BS lawsuit.as if that's not bad enough the US gov is stupid enough to LET them do it. so now instead of dealing with REAL issues,our courts have to listen to this load of crap. oh by the way who get's to pay for this? why it's your tax dollars of course .we're ass deep in the worst ressesion since the end of WW 2, and these clowns want to waste our money on this shit.if you DONT LIKE the words in God we trust,GET THE F**K out of my country.too many of my brothers have fought and ,DIED for those words ,and there's a lot more of them out there,on the combat lines in AFGAN..and IRAQ. right now who are doing the same, for you worthless weasel's. it pain's, and gall's me to let you individuals [I REALLY want to call you something else,but will curb my tongue ] breath the same air as these brave men and women. if you don't want to belive in a higher power FINE,but keep yer ass out of the way of the rest of us who do. stop wasting our money on your petty BS and let us do something construcive with it. like maybe putting people back to work,and I'm not talking about lawyers [thats for another rant ] thats it for now. but remember,I'm fury and I'm still pissed. later

welcome back. todays rant will be short on one subject[maybe]and long on another. M.J I know I know.dont get me wrong here. I RESPECT the man. he was one hell of a talented individual.a little strange to be sure,but what truly talented artist isn't.even elvis[god rest his soul ] was a strange duck.I guess it comes with all the pressure of being a TRUE superstar,not a legend in your own mind.this being said,enough of the bulls**t hype about his death.ya can't turn on the tv,computer, or radio,and not hear his life story....FOR THE 1,000 th TIME. let the man rest for at least a month before you ,make everyone hate even hearing his name.....nuff said. back to political bs. womens softball. I can hear ya'll out there ,going what the f**k? well here it goes. the I.O.C[intrnat'l olympic comm.] has taken the sport off the list of 26 events for the 2012 games.Why do you ask ? simple cause we [the us of a ] generaly kick the shit out of EVERYBODY in the world in compition.our last loss was to japan in the last games. they got the gold, we got silver.never the less they still felt that "we dominate the field too much". if thats the case we better loss the basketball games too,cause we kick the shit outa the world there too.or maybe take away the diving cause the chinese dominate that sport.how about losing the hockey? dont the russians seem to dominate that sport? once again , just bescause the US. can rip people a new one, in a sport the world wants to riegn us in . to me this sounds like days of old where the soviet block ALWAYS gave the US bad marks in whatever sport they [LOL]"judged".if you feel like I do you can find out more at BACKSOFTBALL.COM . if we all bitch about it, we may get it back for the 2016 games. don't we owe it to ALL the girls that play this game to show that we support their efforts. not to mention the world at large,that they can't shit on us just because we're better at a game than they are? these girls are TOUGH, [they play in shorts ] if you think its easy to slide into base in shorts look at the road rash some of these girls pickup. the skill to hit a fast pitch softball is'nt easy to aquire and takes as much work and dedication as any baseball player puts in to hone his skill's,the ball comes at you at 60-65 mph from 60 ft. thats the same as a major league fast ball at 100 mph from 90 ft. so lets start to bitch to our "elected" official's ,and put the squeeze on the I.O.C , and get our girls back out on the field. welcome back to the rant. todays topic is near and dear to my heart.OUR PLANET,now I realize that you have to be a lieing,cheating, worthless shit,in order to be a politician[just read any paper or watch the news]I mean come on now.what do we have just in the last 2-3 weeks? another govener in a sex scandal,one caught taking bribes,ex mayor and crack addict marion berry busted in fl. all this just goes to show us once again, that the morality of our elected officials is in serious doubt. however the real question of the day is. how stupid do you have to be to get elected? for years now the scientific community has been fighting about global warming,and most [70% + -] now agree that it is indeed upon us.yet the "powers that be" still have thier collective heads in the sand[or up thier ass in most case's] they claim ,oh our planet goes through these changes over time as all the evidence of the studies show us. ah so grasshopper,this is true to a degree. our planet does heat up and cool down in cycles.we do have ice ages and melts,however these changes usualy occur over long periods of time.it is generaly thought that it takes approx. a few 1,000 yrs to change the temp. of the earth a degree or 3.we however are managing to do it in the span of 100 yrs. yet most republicans,simply brush aside all who, would warn us about the dangers of green house gas's. al gore has been called a lunatic or heritic[depend's on who's speaking] for pushing to reduce these emissions.now color me a fool, but where the hell do these assholes in charge,think we're gonna go if our planet is so toxic,our atmosphere,so polluted that it can no longer grow food or shelter us from the uv rays we all know our sun puts out.their refusal to admit that our use of fossil fuels,has sped up the procces of global change,puts all of our lives plus, those of our children at risk.we generate 1,000,000 times the carbon out put that 10,000 yrs of human development did through its entire climb from caves to huts.NEVER IN THE HISTORY of our planet have the temps risen as fast as they are now.as the polar ice caps melt off,they change the ocean salinity,thus changing the currents of warm water that fuel our weather,and warm our planet. moral of my rant? if we let these greedy asshole's keep f***ing up our air and dont start IMPLEMENTING the changes to clean up our world. we'll be just as dead as the dino's and not nearly as quickly. here I am again.hah.hah.hah.as you see we changed colors today to show how angry I am about this next rant.where the hell is all this stimulus money at? the gov. takes tax money to "help boost" the economy,yet we ordinary folk just dont seem to get any of it.now they say,were going to fix the infra structure of america,and provide all these construction jobs,but so far it's just hot air.that will be nice this winter when a couple million more of us construction workers are on the street.maybe thier bullshit will keep us warm.I know it takes time for the projects to be planned,and bid out,but lets get real. what do ya want to bet that our favorite contract construction firm ,HALLIBURTON ends up with an absoulute boat load of these contracts. its going to be iraq in america.old boy cronies of the establishment getting the cream of the work and the rest of us fighting for the scraps.as usual the middle and lower class suck it, while the richest just keep on rakeing it in. as americas homeowners,are being kicked out of the homes they sweated,and bled for,where is the relief they were promised? we can spend hundreds of billions to bail out the financial firms that put us in this f***ing mess,but cant seem to find a paltry few billion to help the people the made them rich to start with? if the gov. will help the people avoid bankrutcy,and foreclosure.then it will relive part of the glut of house's that are pouring on the market and driving down the prices of existing homes.but nooooo. that wouldnt be fair now would it.the poor banks might have to lose out on the chance to sell the house again after it made a fat profit the first time.I mean after all the gov. is giving them money to stay solvent,so they arent really losing all that much after all are they? so, where does that leaves us unemployed? waiting for the banks to cut loose the money the gov. gave them to loan us,to get this country back to work. as unemployment hits 10% nationaly,and over that in some states .the real question once again is ,WHERE THE HELL IS THE STIMULUS MONEY? answer: sitting in the bank accrueing intrest FOR THE BANK!!! this is fury and I'm still pissed.

welcome to fury's rant.I'm hear to bitch ,complain ,piss and moan about all that pisses me off,about the world today,yesterday,and even tomorrow.[cause sometimes ya just know, what s**t is gonna happen].theres going to be times that I'll just come out with the cussing,no *,#,or ?about it so get ready ta hold ya'lls ears. now the main problem I have, is where the hell to start!so lets just go with one of my all time favorite topics.THE MOTHER****ING OIL COMPANYS.I just read an article awhile back[about a month or so] that was based on oil workers in tx. being laid off cause the price of oil per barrel was down.now that in itself is not that big a deal,considering the economy that were in right now,but hears what really chaped my ass.the oil companies,you know the guys who ,kissed an licked ole george's ass,ta get us to to go kick some iraqi ass.decide oh we better SHUT DOWN 25% ,thats right 25% of americas PRODUCING ya you heard me right PRODUCING oil fields.now ya'll are probably asking what the f**k?well it seems at $45 a barrel its just not"cost effective" to keep these fields producing.this from the greedy bastards who posted a 40 BILLION once again so we all can hear it a 40BILLION dollar profit,in fical yr 2008. now this is just the profit from exxon corp. were not even talking about the other big boy's bp,chevron, mobile,ad nauseum...now all this,as nauseating as it is ,still does'nt even hold a candle to what these low lifes to what they really wanted.as ya'll remember in '08 the price of oil was right about $114+ a barrel.[and they still made 40 BILLION] so what do they do? why they run to good ole george,ya'll remember him,and say,now george,we REALLY need to exspand our oil fields,ya know, so we can STOP being so dependent on all this foriegn oil,how about letting us go into all the protected areas of our country,nat'l parks,protected wetlands,and pristine off shore areas,ie the outer banks of NC. we'll just drill some exploretory well's and see what we find.nooo,nooo we won't disturb,or trash these places,YOU HAVE OUR WORD ON IT,[tell that to valdese AK.]now it takes about 10 yrs to make an oil field a profitable,much less producing endeavore.so to me it seems there just trying to end run the people of the us of a, trash our country,and parks just so in a few years time they can say.oh theres no profit in keeping THESE fields open ,we'll just have to find more....moral of the story[or rant as it were]BIG OIL DONT GIVE A S**T ABOUT US ,JUST THERE PROFITS.as we fight our way out of this hole,our fearless leaders have dug for us,its nice to know,that the greedy sobs have OUR BEST INTREST'S IN MIND.....yeh right!!!!! till next time I'm fury,an I'm still PISSED.
